PROCESSING TIME

Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. During peak seasons processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking Information 

 Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

RETURNS

1.1 Eligibility

 We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.  

1.2 Non-Eligible Items 

The following items are not eligible for return:  Intimate apparel, such as underwear (for hygiene reasons) Items marked as non-returnable  

1.3 Return Process 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us with for a request return.

Once you receive the return authorization, securely pack the item(s) along with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Ship the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

1.4 Refunds 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within [insert number of days] business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
